This Privacy Policy describes how RaVina Labs, an assumed business name registered in Idaho, and our corporate subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “RaVina Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information if you visit ravinalabs.com or our other websites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”), contact us, receive our communications or attend our events.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information we obtain from social media platforms. We may maintain pages for RaVina Labs on social media platforms, such as Medium, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use, and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you choose to connect your account on a third-party platform or network to the Services, like using your Medium account to access our blog, we may collect information from that platform or network. For example, this information may include your Medium username, profile picture, and other profile information. You may also have the opportunity to provide us with additional information via the third-party platform or network, such a list of your connections. Information we obtain from other third parties. We may receive personal information about you from third-party sources, such as marketing partners, publicly-available sources, and data providers.

CHILDREN

The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian, we will delete it.
